At Fyndr, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the safety of minors. Our platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. To ensure a secure environment, we adhere to the following standards:

1. Prohibited Content (CSAE & CSAM)

Fyndr explicitly prohibits the creation, upload, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content involving the exploitation of minors is strictly forbidden and will result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination.
• Reporting of the incident and user data to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local law enforcement agencies.

2. In-App Reporting Mechanism

Fyndr provides a dedicated in-app reporting tool. Users can flag any profile or message that violates our child safety standards by tapping the “Report” icon found on every profile and chat interface. All reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours.

3. Compliance with Laws

Fyndr complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including the UK Online Safety Act, US child protection laws, and regional regulations in all markets where the app is available.
